If we have learned anything in 2020 is that we are all facing challenges, but it is how we get through them that will either build us up or tear us down. The market is ticking up. With inventory still low and we are seeing pre-approved buyers diligently scouring the market in search of their new homes. The need for an agent is all so important in this environment. No open houses, no brokers tour, and with that only agents are able to show property with the proper protocol and processes which are mandated to be followed closely. Interest rates are holding at low rates and will continue for some time. Buyer’s buying powers have increased so it is a prime time for them. Sellers are still getting their prices as low inventory is driving the uptick in median prices.
