Importantly, Lynn’s approach is to understand her client’s goals, budget, and priorities.  This enables her to access the most cost-effective financing options.  Using her background in finance and real estate endeavors, Lynn’s technical knowledge enables her to resolve obstacles that may arise in advance, to better prepare her clients before proceeding.  Clear, consistent communication with all parties is paramount, as purchasing or refinancing a property is a collaborative process.  When others may not think outside of the box, Lynn’s experience and tenacity set her apart.
